Welcome to SaveFlow. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using our mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by SaveFlow ("us", "we", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization or entity, you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of that organization or entity, and you represent and warrant that you have the authority to do so.

2. Description of Service

SaveFlow is a financial management application that allows users to track expenses, create budgets, and manage their personal finances. The Service may include features such as:

  • Budget creation and tracking
  • Expense categorization and management
  • Financial goal setting
  • Financial insights and analytics
  • Premium features available through subscription

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Content

Our Service allows you to enter, upload, and store financial information and other content ("User Content"). You retain all rights to your User Content, and you are responsible for your User Content. By providing User Content to the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and display your User Content in connection with providing and improving the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have the necessary rights to your User Content and have the right to grant us the license described above.
  • Your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyright rights, or other rights of any person.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Subscription Options

SaveFlow offers both free and premium subscription options. Premium features are available through paid subscriptions, which may be offered on a monthly or annual basis.

5.2 Payment Terms

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay all fees in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time of your purchase. You also authorize us to charge your chosen payment method for such fees.

5.3 Automatic Renewal

Unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the next billing period.

5.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. If you cancel, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any fees already paid.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

  • In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
  • To transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.
  • To attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.
  • To collect or track the personal information of others.
  • To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another user or person.
  • To engage in any automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SaveFlow and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SaveFlow.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. SAVEFLOW EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

SAVEFLOW MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT:

  • THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
  • THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
  • THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
  • THE QUALITY OF ANY PRODUCTS, SERVICES, INFORMATION, OR OTHER MATERIAL PURCHASED OR OBTAINED BY YOU THROUGH THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL SAVEFLOW, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE;
  • ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND
  • UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT,

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, WHETHER OR NOT WE HAVE BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaveFlow, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the Service;
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms;
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top.

Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
